• Calculated per item by weight and your shipping address. See the individual product page for shipping price and method.
• Multiple items are combined whenever possible to keep costs reasonable.
• Ready-to-ship pieces go out on my regular post-office runs; custom pieces ship after finishing and cure time.
• Plastic-lite, recyclable packing with plenty of padding; tracking provided for all parcels.
• International orders are welcome—duties/taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

Do you accept returns?

Returns are not accepted. Each item is handmade and often one-of-a-kind.

What if there’s a problem with my order?

Please contact me right away with your order number and photos. If something arrives damaged or there’s an error, I’ll work with you on a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation.

Can I cancel or change an order?

For ready-to-ship items, reach out as soon as possible—if I haven’t packed it yet, I can usually help. Custom commissions may not be cancellable once work has begun.
